First of all, we choose our reliable vender with long term business relationship. In addition, we set up the strict inspection system from the IQC, IPQC, QA. Every component including the customer's material will not go into any prodution before our IQC inspection. After the SMT mounting and hand-welding, every item has to pass our inspection to ensure all the function is correct. Then we can go further on the final assembly. During the assembly, we do the IPQC in the meantime, and after that, we make the final inspection on the complete item. In that case, we are confident on our quality, and you can be assured of it.
